Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:30 pm, local time, on Thursday, March 15, 2018, beginning at the College Facilities Office, 933 E. Central Ave., Springfield, Missouri 65802.

Bid-Date and Time: Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Intended Award Date: Tuesday, April 10, 2018

Expected Construction Start Date: Monday, June 4, 2018

Intended Substantial Completion Date: Friday, June 29, 2018

Intended Final Completion Date: Friday, July 6, 2018

Receipt of Bids: All Bids for the project shall be made upon the form provided by the Owner and/or Engineer. Bids shall be hand delivered to Ozarks Technical Community College, Springfield, Missouri until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Friday March 22, 2018 in the College Facilities Office, located at 933 E. Central Street, Springfield, Missouri, enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed and marked OTC HVAC RTU Replacements-LCN , Springfield Campus. This envelope shall also bear the name of the bidder. Bids shall include all freight, overhead and profit, and any other miscellaneous charges relating to the work. The Owner is a tax-exempt entity.
