Membership Dues

Just a reminder, membership dues must be paid by the end of March to be included in the 2020 Membership Directories.

If COVID-19 has impacted your ability to get your membership dues in by the deadline for any reason, please contact the SCA Office at 417-862-1313 or megan@springfieldcontractors.org.  

Office Hours & Training Room

We are cancelling all training room reservations through the end of April and will re-evaluate if we need to extend the cancellations closer to May as the situation progresses.

Payments can be made by checks or with a credit card by phone. Please remember, membership dues must be paid by the end of the month to be in the printed directory (and avoid being removed from the online directory/losing discounted event prices).

April Committee Meetings & Events

At this time, we are cancelling any in person committee meetings for the next 30 days. We will be communicating via email, and we will determine if conference calls are necessary as the situation progresses.

If you are on a liaison committee, please be prepared to continue with discussions and updates that would be normally given at the committee meeting. Event committees, Marketing & Membership, and Workforce Development will be updated on an individual basis. The Scholarship Committee will meet via a combination of emails and conference calls.

The following events have been cancelled or rescheduled:

Skeet Shoot – Tentatively rescheduled to May 1st
April General Membership Meeting – Rescheduled to August 4
Build My Future – Cancelled until March 31, 2021
Bass Bash Fishing Tournament – Rescheduled with new date pending (possibly in July, but still finalizing details)

We will be monitoring COVID-19 closer to May to make determinations on committee meetings and the following events:

May 22nd RESCHEDULED DATE – Spring Golf Tournament (pushed back one week)
